Local children turned the neighborhood into a Philanthropic Kids Rock Garden, blending creativity, service, and environmental care. Their initiative strengthens community ties and inspires small, meaningful actions that make the area more welcoming and resilient.

Earth Day 2026: Observed worldwide under the theme “Our Power, Our Planet,” emphasizing local action and renewed commitments to renewable energy and sustainability. We celebrated by planting flowers to boost local biodiversity and support pollinators.
Upcoming Event: Request for Donated Fun Grip Socks for Kids in the Hospital
We are launching a donation drive to collect bright, fun socks to bring comfort, warmth, and a bit of joy to kids in the hospital for Halloween or undergoing treatment, and we are asking for your support.
What we need: New, unopened pairs of children’s socks (sizes infant to teen). Fun patterns: cartoons, animals, sports, holidays, rainbow/bright colors.
No-slip/grip soles and soft cotton blends are especially appreciated.
Recognition and coordination: We are happy to acknowledge donors on our social media unless you prefer to remain anonymous.
