2017 - NYEOB joins Monaco Yacht Show before Yachts disembark across Atlantic and return to Monaco.
Supermodel Dawn Gallagher and ZenJen sponsor an evening of "Beauty from the Inside Out." Dawn Gallagher is a beauty consultant, brand ambassador, QVC host, marketing and social media expert. Dawn gained tremendous insight into secrets and well being from women around the world and incorporated them into her New York Times bestselling books, Naturally Beautiful and Nature’s Beauty Secrets. Jen Carter, founder of ZenJen Yoga is a world traveling yoga and meditation expert. Jen leads mindfulness retreats around the world with EAT, PRAY, MOVE where together with founder Erin Lewis they travel to Morocco, Croatia, Iceland, Italy, France, India and Bali.
2018 - Central Park Tower unveils it's spectacular views. Extell Development Company and Shanghai Municipal Investment Group unveils Central Park Tower. Central Park Tower is a mixed use commercial/residential project. The building will rise 1,550 feet and upon completion will be second tallest skyscraper in United States.

2019 - Sir Winston Churchill “The Traveller.” Davidoff Cigars has released a Limited Edition dedicated to Sir Winston Churchill’s passion for traveling. Cigars feature tobaccos from various regions to create a rich and complex blend. In addition to the cigars two humidors, an ashtray, cutter and cigar case join Winston Churchill line.
2022 - Colin Cowie in partnership with Davidoff Cigars unveils glimpse of sky high private cigar lounge.
