Workshop participants learn and practice negotiation techniques. They will build listening, relationship and trust-building skills. Using interactive lessons and activities attendees learn about human connection and interactions to build negotiation relationships. With these skills attendees will be able to succeed in meeting, interview, commercial and personal negotiations.
Participants will learn physical listening techniques and how to improve rapport in negotiations
Learn how to distinguish between rational and emotional arguments, remain neutral and how to achieve neutrality in negotiation
Distinguish between sympathy and empathy and cultivate skills of each
Practice “Mirroring with a twist” technique
Improve comfort level of three stages of “yes,” and importance of getting to “no”
